Subject: My questions !?

Hello. I'm the buyer of shop's item.
I'm wondering whether you've shipped the item or not.
If you haven't shipped yet, could you tell me when you plan on shipping?
I'm also wondering if you can give me the tracking number.
I'd appreciate if you'd email me the number.
